No Unsolicited Correspondence
Moroccan Tan does not make unsolicited phone calls or send unsolicited email or postal mail. We will never send you correspondence unless you have requested it, or it is required to complete your order. Email is sent to confirm your order, to notify you about back-orders or in the form of a newsletter if you have requested it. There are a few circumstances whereby Moroccan Tan may contact you. Firstly you will receive an email confirming the placement of your order. If your order, for whatever reason, cannot be shipped within 5 days or we need to correspond with you to complete your order one of our customer service representatives may contact you via phone or email. Additionally, if your order does not contain enough information (e.g. address details) for us to complete it, one of our customer service representatives will contact you via phone or email.
